Question: Why do I have to pay wire transfer if it is going to a US address?
Answer: Due to the rise in fraudulent orders online, Flexible Assembly Systems has implemented an aggressive Anti-Fraud system that is administrated by their team of Online Fraud Specialists (OFS). Such orders that would enable a wire transfer would be orders being shipping to a freight forwarder.
Your order is sent for review, where an OFS will review your order and correlate the necessary data with public local state business databases. If your order does not have enough congruent information, you will be contacted by Customer Service to inform you that payment must be made via wire transfer.
